Automatic compact high-speed РЕ / PVC stretch film rewinder for machine / hand rolls. High productivity, reliability, universal application for various core IDs and finished rolls of various weights and lengths, as well as compact dimensions made this model the most popular machine in our product range.

MODEL M has а film tension control function for the rewinding process due to the presence of two motors for unwinding and rewinding shafts. This becomes important while winding onto thin cores or using various types and quality of films and cores.

AUTOMATIC JR CENTERING SYSTEM
AUTOMATIC JR CENTERING SYSTEM
This option makes it possible to rewind film exactly at the core center without attendance of an operator. The system monitors the rewinded film edge and moves the JR feeder in the corresponding direction.
ADVANTAGES:
Marketable appearance of the roll
Decrease of labor content due to the process automation
JR ENDING MONITORING SYSTEM
JR ENDING MONITORING SYSTEM
The system is used to timely stop rewinding process when minimal amount of the film remains on the JR (minimal outer JR diameter).

This criterion is checked by an optic sensor by means of a special mark. When the sensor detects the critical value, the rewinding process is stopped. After that, the operator can replace the JR and finish rewinding at minimal speed.

This makes it possible to finish the process without rejection of the roll due to improper film length.

FILM BREAK MONITORING SYSTEM
FILM BREAK MONITORING SYSTEM
If the film breaks, the rewinding process is stopped automatically. The sensor measures the length of already wound film and displays the corresponding notification message. After rethreading, the system recalculates the length (weight) still to be wound, which allows the machine to rewind the target length or weight of the film.

FILM WOUND ON DRUM DETECTION
MONITORING SYSTEM OF FILM WOUND ON THE DRUM
In case of unintended film winding on the drum, the machine stops automatically, and the corresponding notification message appears on the screen

REVERSE REWINDING FUNCTION

REWINDING WITH PRESET LENGTH

This mode makes it possible to rewind finished rolls with preset length of the film.
ADVANTAGES:
High rewinding precision: length error does not exceed 1 m.
REWINDING WITH PRESET WEIGHT
This mode makes it possible to rewind finished rolls with preset (gross) weight.
ADVANTAGES:
High rewinding precision: weight error does not exceed 15 g.
FISCAL COUNTER
The fiscal counter counts the finished rolls and stops the machine as soon as the target number of them is wound. The operator sets the necessary finished roll quantity in accordance with his job order. Upon completion of the task, the machine stops and the corresponding notification message appears on the controller display.

EXTENDED ENGINEERING MENU FOR TECHNICAL PROFESSIONALS
The extended engineering menu is intended for troubleshooting and setup of the equipment. The control system interface is divided into the following access levels:

STACKING TABLE
The stacking table is designed for collecting and stacking finished rolls. Thanks to this feature, the operator has no need to extract and transfer the rolls to the hopper/container as soon as the cycle is over.
