Semi-automatic stretch film rewinder SAR MULTI is designed to rewind stretch film from Jumbo roll (maximum film width is 1000mm) to hand/machine rolls and mini-rolls (with paper core handle and without). The rewinder is equipped by slitting unit to make specified quantity of mini-rolls with minimal roll width 50mm.
SAR MULTI is equipped by variable-speed pulley, which makes capable to adjust tension of rewinding. This function is helpful to rewind wide range of materials: PE, PVC, PP, HDPE, LDPE, etc.
The rewinder can be used to rewind recycled stretch film and used paper cores. Therefore, the SAR MULTI can be used as a “doctor machine”.

LONGITUDINAL WEB CUTTING
This unit is used for longitudinal cutting and separation of stretch film into several flows to make mini-rolls of any width. The most commonly used mini-roll sizes are 50 х10, 83 х6, 100 х5, 125 х4, 166 х3, 250 х2
1. MINI-ROLLS
If an additional section (tool) is used for longitudinal cutting, it is possible to rewind mini-rolls with width of at least 5 cm.
2. MINI-ROLLS WITH LONG CORE
If an additional plastic insert (tube) is used, it is possible to obtain rolls with various core length: long, extra-long, short.

MANUAL JR CENTERING
MANUAL JR CENTERING
The machine design includes a mechanical web centering system. It is possible to center the JR manually. As the system handle is rotated clockwise, the JR moves to the right side. Counter clockwise rotation makes it move to the left.
