We are pleased to announce that on May 7–11, 2018, our company participated at NPE trade fair in Orlando, USA. During the exhibition, CLASS-ENGINEERING presented one of the flagships of its machine model series to the general public – Pre-Stretch Rewinder PSF PRE-STRETCH 250, a machine capable of stretching film up to 400% during rewinding (with the option of operating in the regular rewinder mode remaining available).
NPE is one of the world’s largest and most prestigious communication platforms for the leading companies and experts in the field of plastic and elastomer production and application. This year’s exhibition was organized under the auspices of the Plastics Industry Association. More than 2,000 companies from 100 countries of the world took part in one of the industry’s most important events.
CLASS-ENGINEERING presented the Pre-Stretch Rewinder PSF PRE-STRETCH 250 rewinder, a product of its own design. Our rewinder is innovative in its capability to achieve film pre-stretching of up to 400%, with adjustable winding length, through rewinding between a jumbo roll and hand or machine rolls with a set length. Switching to the operation mode by mass of the finished roll is possible as well, for which the UV-2 mass measurement device is connected. The use of pre-stretch film decreases production costs manifold through reducing the amount of winding material required compared with consumption of regular film for pallet wrapping. Other undoubted advantages of the machine include its simple and convenient mechanism of jumbo roll and film installation; intuitive control, allowing the user to spend minimal time on configuring the machine and working with it; as well as an automatic stop function for when the desired volume of raw material is processed.
