ALF-506ME is automatic rewinding machine for rewinding and embossing of aluminum foil. It is possible to rewind household rolls with micro-embossing and without embossing.

It can also rewind PE , PVC film and baking paper. Due to inbuilt micro-embossing unit it is possible to process household rolls of aluminum foil of various designs without separate embossing machine.

Each embossing roller can be used to make one type of design. The roller can be easily replaced. Multi - function and easy in operation ALF - 506ME allows to produce big volumes of quality finished rolls and to offer your clients variety of designs.

EMBOSSING UNIT
EMBOSSING UNIT
This unit is designed for the creation of an embossed surface on the foil web during the process of JR rewinding.
How does it work?
A servomotor rotates the steel shaft, and also rotates the paper countershaft in the direction opposite to steel shaft rotation via a reducer. The surface of the steel shaft has an embossing pattern engraved on it. The foil web is unwound from the JR at a specified tension, and is then stretched between the steel shaft and the countershaft that is pressed against it. During the process, the steel shaft presses the foil into the surface of the paper countershaft, leaving an engraved impression on the foil. Along with embossing, both shafts pull the foil web through the unit at a specified speed.

If the film breaks, the rewinding process is stopped automatically. The sensor measures the length of already wound film and displays the corresponding notification message. After rethreading, the system recalculates the length (weight) still to be wound, which allows the machine to rewind the target length or weight of the film.

The multilingual controller capability makes it possible to select a necessary interface language. The basic menu configuration supports 10 languages. If necessary, customers may request the manufacturer to translate the interface to a new language.

Recipes are a function of the controller menu. It can be used by the operator to configure and save settings of the stretch film rewinding.

CROSS PERFORATION SYSTEM
CROSS PERFORATION SYSTEM
The system is intended to make cross perforation lines (weakness lines) in the course of material rewinding. The perforation is performed by means of a special knife fixed on the rotary drum. Step between the lines depends on the drum diameter.

SPINDLE UNIT
This unit consists of 6 spindles and operates as a rotary turret. The spindles are used in a sequence to perform specific operations in automatic mode.

The following operations are performed:

1 position – loading of a cardboard core from the storage

2 position – checking of the core availability

3 position – rewinding of foil/film onto the core

4 position – web cutting and preliminary smoothing with a brush

5 position – additional smoothing of the finished roll with a brush

6 position – application of a sticker and unloading of the finished roll

Hot Melt Robotech GLUING DEVICE
The gluing device helps to fix the foil to the cardboard plug at the beginning of winding and to secure the foil edge on the roll after cutting. Through the use of this device, you can gain the benefit of more stable winding and minimize the rejection rate at equipment readjustment. The gluing device is essential for rewinding of high density foils over 14 μm.

152-MM (6) AIRSHAFT FOR JUMBO ROLLS
The airshaft 152 mm in diameter is designed to rewind heavyweight foil rolls since the airshaft diameter is to match the sleeve diameter.
