Semi-automatic rewinder with a slitting option for hand/machine rolls and mini rolls.
The SAR-600 model allows the rewinding of JRs with the width of up to 600 mm, whereas the SAR 1000 model provides the maximum width of 1,000 mm width. This compact and easy-to-use machine, can be applied for different types of film: PE and PVC stretch film, PP, HDPE, LDPE, shrink film etc. SAR can be used for sample making in large-scale production as well as a «doctor» machine.

MANUAL JR CENTERING
MANUAL JR CENTERING
The machine design includes a mechanical web centering system. It is possible to center the JR manually. As the system handle is rotated clockwise, the JR moves to the right side. Counter clockwise rotation makes it move to the left.

REWINDING WITH PRESET LENGTH
This mode makes it possible to rewind finished rolls with preset length of the film.
ADVANTAGES:
High rewinding precision: length error does not exceed 1 m.
LONGITUDINAL WEB CUTTING
LONGITUDINAL WEB CUTTING
This unit is used for longitudinal cutting and separation of stretch film into several flows to make mini-rolls of any width. The most commonly used mini-roll sizes are 50 х10, 83 х6, 100 х5, 125 х4, 166 х3, 250 х2

1. MINI-ROLLS
If an additional section (tool) is used for longitudinal cutting, it is possible to rewind mini-rolls with width of at least 5 cm.

2. MINI-ROLLS WITH LONG CORE
If an additional plastic insert (tube) is used, it is possible to obtain rolls with various core length: long, extra-long, short.

TURRET
TURRET
A revolver type system that consists of two pairs of arms that operates independently from each other. Each of the pairs is used to clamp a cardboard core. The revolver type system performs various functions, depending on the rewinded rolls type.

MANUAL OR PARENT ROLLS
This system makes it possible to perform two operations simultaneously: rewind a roll and replace the core installed on another spindle.
