2003 - 2024

COMPANY HISTORY

CLASS-ENGINEERING was established in 2003. The primary fields of the company activities are development and manufacturing of high performance rewinding equipment for stretch-film, aluminum foil and paper, as well as logo printing machines for adhesive materials.
For many years, we improved and updated our equipment, which helped us ensure competitive advantages of our company at the global market.

2003

Designers and engineers of CLASS-ENGINEERING create the legendary model of rewinder PSF-011.
This rewinder design was compact, simple and safe in operation. Its ergonomic properties made it possible to solve a number of problems an operator may face in the course of the operation and therefore raise the machine performance.

2004	CLASS-ENGINEERING launches its first flexographic machine FGM-04 and semi-automatic rewinder SAR-600. The later was capable to operate with wide product assortment, which made it an absolute sales leader at Russian market.

2005	First 100 machines of the company were sold in Russia!

2006	The company receives a СЕ certificate, which grants it a possibility to sell the equipment at the global market. In the same year, the company exports its equipment for the first time.

2007	CLASS-ENGINEERING launches a new automatic model of high-speed stretch-rewinder PSF-011M.

2008

CLASS-ENGINEERING expands its production facility and opens its first show room in Russia.
The company presents an updated version of automatic stretch-rewinder PSF-011L.
This improved technology made it possible to achieve high-speed of PE and PVC film rewinding without loss of the finished product quality.

2009	At the IPACK-IMA international exhibition, CLASS-ENGINEERING presents a rewinder featuring the PRE-STRECH technology (function of preliminary stretching of stretch-film by up to 400%, 1m = 5m).

2011	At the Interpack exhibition, the company presented a new design of automatic rewinder PSF-011M. In the same year, Ancoat Ltda becomes an official partner of CLASS-ENGINEERING in Brazil.

2013	Comparing to the date of establishment, the company grown 3 times: its production facilities and warehouses were expanded significantly, number of employees was increased, and large contracts were signed. The company actively expands its global market positions.

2014	CLASS-ENGINEERING commences with collaboration with GeriSoft Studio Kft. that becomes its official representative in Hungary.

2015

PARABOLA becomes an official global distributor of CLASS-ENGINEERING equipment. First office, spare part storage and show room are open outside of Russia, in Italy.
In the same year, at the Arabplast exhibition, CLASS-ENGINEERING presented equipment with the new Coreless technology and launches the ALF series rewinders.

2016	Presentation of automatic packing machine PM intended to pack coils of foil, food film and cooking paper in heat shrink film.

2017

By the end of 2017, CLASS-ENGINEERING possesses a partnership network all over the world: Brazil, Korea, Hungary, Great Britain, Mexico and Italy.
At the Interpack 2017 exhibition, new automatic rewinder PSF-011MS was presented designed specially to manufacture stretch film mini-coils for manual and mechanized packing.

2018	Tronoplast Technologies Inc. becomes an official partner of CLASS-ENGINEERING in North America. In the same year, the company wins the “Exporter of the year” award and presents a new model of foil rewinding and embossing machine ALF-300ME.

2019	Successful presentation of new mini-roll rewinder MS Pro in K Show fair. CLASS-ENGINEERING moves to its new building with the even more spacious production zone!

2020	Fast and efficient remote support for our clients during pandemic. Expansion of capacities of our own metalworking production.

2021	Export team of Class-Engineering was granted the status "Exporter of the year" among small and medium russian enterprises! CLASS ENGINEERING participates in 2 international fairs after long pandemic break.
